Stacy made the recruiting possible easy. She provides detailed candidate lists that have been properly vetted for experience, but also who they are as people. This helps understand the quality of the person not just their work history.
The process is mostly hands free as she will set up interviews and invites. She is a great communicator with management, HR and the candidates. She also adds a sweet touch to those lucky few who find placement.
