Team Members

I have 14+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, with specialized expertise in the manufacturing and elevator industries. In addition to my work at Prodigy Executive Search, my husband and I run a coffee roasting company together (Gnosis Coffee Roasters). In just 3.5 years, we’ve experienced a lot of exciting growth, already outgrowing our first space and upgrading to a larger roaster to keep up with demand.

I’m happiest when I’m outdoors, especially in the garden (flowers are my favorite thing to grow). When I’m not digging in the dirt, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen baking or hanging out with my cat. I’m a big believer in self-growth and healing, so I’m often diving into a new course or program (because learning never really ends!). Oh, and I’m also Reiki I certified!

In my spare time, I volunteer with DIG Furniture Bank, a local nonprofit that provides gently used furniture and household items to families in need. In addition, I’ve been an active supporter of Kiva.org for over 15 years, making 134 loans that have impacted more than 370 individuals in 36 countries.
